Adrian is the creative force behind Ayer Media and personally provides the creative services for every event and project. Whether he’s behind the DJ booth, camera, or drone controls, Adrian is hands-on from start to finish.

His goal is to bring each client’s vision to life while creating an experience and finished product that feels uniquely theirs.

COO & CO-FOUNDER | OPERATIONS

Ashley keeps everything moving behind the scenes. As COO and Co-Founder, she oversees the administrative and operational side of Ayer Media, helping ensure every project is organized and every client is taken care of.

From scheduling and invoicing to planning, coordination, and client communication, Ashley manages the details that allow Adrian to focus on the creative side of each project.
